TAKE ORDER

During the order process obtain as much information possible from customers regarding their specific product needs. Detailed specification drawings are used to come up with the best possible solution for the required process. The drawings and precise measurements are than passed onto the manufacturing for processing.

BRASS ROD MANUFACTURING

Our in-house extrusion plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified and allows us to make various grades of Brass and Copper alloys. We are able to process lower MOQs and custom shapes. What we offer is a competitive purchase price with shorter lead times.

TURNING & FORGING CENTERS

We have CNC/VMC turning centers and Automatic Lathe Machine, with a wide range of attachments and tooling. Suitable from low to medium batch runs. We can turn parts from a diameter of 4mm to 180mm. These machines are suitable for critical operations and a range of materials. SPM For larger batch runs, we specialize in developing machines specific to your application. These machines are suitable for asymmetrical parts: shapes, forged or casted parts, in Brass, Lead Free Brass, Copper Aluminum, Steel and Carbon Steel.

ELECTROPLATING

We started an in-house surface treatment facility to make high gloss (polished and buffed) chrome plated parts. We are able to meet the strictest aesthetic requirements. Our plant specializes in Cu-Ni, Bright nickel, Fe- Zn and chrome electroplating. This allows us to provide suggestions and resolve technical problems quickly and reliably. We also outsource some surface treatments such as hard chrome plating and anodizing.

PACKING/DISPACH

The material we ship uses packaging that is in sea worthey reinforced cardboard boxes and pallets. The parts are packed as per your standard in protective boxes. We label the boxes as per our customers of VDA requirement, the labels are barcoded to ensure traceability. We can also offer custom designed packaging such as kitting or that promotes your brand.
